Poached eggs on toast with baby rocket, chunk of avocado,
baby capers, Spanish onion, walnuts, parmesan cheese and balsamic glaze.
Fluffy three eggs omelette
Toast with Spanish onion, tomato, capsicum, Italian sausage, mushroom,
provolone cheese cooked with extra virgin olive oil and rocket.
